WEATHER RELATED CLOSING

The safety of our members and employees is always a major concern when inclement weather is forecasted. Based on the 4:00 p.m. Friday weather reports, the club hours for Saturday, September 6 will be as follows:

• Clubhouse is closed for breakfast and lunch. We will reopen at 3 p.m. (484-3136).

• Golf course is closed until 3 p.m. Call to check the course readiness for afternoon play (485-8141).

• Saturday Magnolia dinner and dinner banquets are unaffected.

• Men's Lounge is closed until 3 p.m. (484-5983).

• Tennis courts are closed until 3 p.m. Call to check the courts readiness for afternoon play (484-5061).

• Pool (and all pool activities) closed for the season.

All weather related closings are mired with uncertainty, but we would rather err on the side of caution in these situations. Please be mindful that we can not open the facilities immediately following a storm as it takes two to three hours to prepare for meals service and longer than this to cleanup the golf course and grounds from fallen debris.
